/git-issues-start pulls all your ready-labeled issues, figures out which ones can run in parallel (non-overlapping files) vs sequentially (same files), and implements each batch in an isolated git worktree. It consolidates the results, verifies the build, and leaves everything uncommitted so you can review the full diff before anything enters your history. That state is the input for the review step.
