Easy! #1 When the GRC control record was ready for review, a Checklist Approval (CLP Record) was created with an AI generated checklist on it and the CLP Record referenced the GRC Control record. #2 Assigned users receive an email notification that a CLP Record has been assigned to them with a hyperlink taking them to that CLP Record in the Service Portal (or Employee Center). NOTE - These are users without ServiceNow roles - classic Service Portal or Employee Center users. #3 The ChecklistPRO page linked in the email displays the checklist, editable by the assigned group with a read-only HTML display view of all GRC record fields necessary for completing their assessment. BOOM...done...it's that simple! Those same principals can be applied to any record in ServiceNow that you need to have people in your organization complete some work without being over-privileged with ServiceNow roles that they don't need.
