Vasant is a GRC and technology industry veteran with more than 25 years of executive, product, engineering, and operational experience encompassing risk, compliance, ESG, and IT Governance.

Before joining ServiceNow, Vasant served as senior vice president of products at MetricStream leading product strategy for the Platform and GRC products. Earlier in his career, Vasant served in product and development roles at HP, Mercury Interactive, InterWeave, and Cadence.

Vasant earned an MS in Computer Science from the State University of New York at StonyBrook and holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
