Trey Hemmingsen is focused on closing the talent gap with ServiceNow's Academic Partnerships team. He works with two and four year colleges to integrate ServiceNow technical courses into pathways, majors, and continuing education programs, providing learners with desired outcomes for career placement in the ServiceNow ecosystem. Academic partnerships incorporate hands-on experiential learning in a ServiceNow platform instance with the option for industry certification, coupling foundational knowledge and theory from the classroom with skills-based learning opportunities.
