With over 19 years experience in both sales and customer service, he has held leadership roles in the Financial and Communications industry and is a recognized expert in SaaS, CCaaS, AI, and CX. A ServiceNow enthusiast of 11 years, he holds his Bachelor's Degree from Boston College and MBA from the University of Maryland.
