Before joining the company, he was a longtime ServiceNow partner who worked with clients to enable their digital transformation journeys. He played a pivotal role in helping accelerate value generation through ServiceNow. Currently, Ashish leads developer productivity within ServiceNow coupled with GenAI tools. He has deep expertise in hyperautomation, platform simplification, and scaling citizen development, helping the company reach its milestone of developing more than 1,000 apps.
