Problem

With native translation enabled, Now Assist Recommended Actions for SIR show text without accented characters (for example, “análise” becomes “anlise”).

The LLM output is correct, but the accents are removed before the response is stored and rendered in the workspace.

Resolution

1. Go to All > Now Assist Admin > Settings > Multilingual service.
2. Turn Native translation off. It takes precedence over Dynamic Translation when both are enabled.
3. Turn Dynamic Translation on, then under Languages click Edit , select your language (pb), and save.
4. Regenerate the recommendations on the SIR record and confirm the accents are preserved.
