The Army does not lack data. The challenge is turning data from disparate systems into timely decisions and, more importantly, translating those decisions into action. This Tech Talk will explore how an enterprise workflow and orchestration layer can connect existing Army data, systems, and mission processes to provide leaders with actionable context while automatically initiating the workflows required to execute. Rather than creating another data repository or dashboard, this approach complements existing data platforms by closing the loop between insight and execution, allowing decisions to trigger coordinated actions across people, processes, and systems. The result is a more responsive enterprise where data informs decisions, decisions drive workflows, and outcomes are captured to continuously improve the next decision.
