Here's what's new in the Brazil Store Release for Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM). 

 

What's New  

Customer Success Management 

• Touchpoint meetings
  Automate the generation, updating, and enrichment of conversation briefs by integrating meeting transcripts, emails, and notes. Identify key discussion topics, risks, issues, and action items.
  
• AI recommended success plays
  Guide customer success managers by recommending AI-generated success plays for users in neutral or positive states. Examples include sustained adoption, high CSAT or NPS scores, or value realization milestones.
• AI powered executive briefings
  AI-generated daily briefings covering engagement health, account activity, and portfolio priorities, each flagging risks and changes at its level.

Product Support for Technology

• Technology Account 360
  Get a unified view of customer or partner account details combining account health, financial, product usage, and open tasks.

Service Exchange (formerly Service Bridge) 

• Service Exchange centre
  Heartbeat functionality added. It measures round-trip time for a payload to travel to the connected instance and return, and the time since the last check.
• Hide a knowledge article
  Hide a knowledge article that was synced to the target instance through Foundation Data Sync (FDS) so that it's no longer visible to other users.
