Follow these steps to configure Demand Experiences for different governance processes: Select the All Menu: From the navigation bar, select the All menu. Find Demand Experiences: Use the search field to find the Demand Experiences option and select it. Create a New Demand Experience: Select New to create a Demand Experience. Provide the display name in the Label field. This label will appear as a choice in the Demand Creation form. Optionally, add a description for your record. Select the Demand Table: The Demand Table is selected by default. To create this experience for another table, select the dropdown to view other options. Define the Dynamic Category: The Dynamic Category defines the custom fields scoped to a Demand Experience. Start typing in the Dynamic Category field to search for a category. When this Demand Experience is used in a demand, if there are dynamic attributes associated with the selected category, they show up in the Additional Information tab in Details. Select a Form View: Select a form view for this record. If no view is selected, this experience will render demands in the APW default view. Configure Modules: By default, all modules are selected. Uncheck the boxes for the modules that you don't need for this experience. Submit the Demand Experience: Select Submit to save the new Demand Experience. The experience will now be available for selection during Demand Creation.
