• Program Cost: $2,500 USD (Payable via Credit Card or Learning Credits). (Free access is available for eligible ServiceNow Partner Portal accounts depending on organizational agreement structure).

• Duration & Effort: 4 weeks (virtual, cohort-based) requiring 4–6 hours per week.

• Target Audience: Early- to mid-level architects with 1–3 years of experience, or experienced platform developers moving into architecture roles.

Prerequisites & Pathway Context

Requirement Type	Details
Mandatory Prerequisite	Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
Recommended	At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) credential.
Pathway Role	Mandatory prerequisite for advanced Expert Programs like Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified Workflow Architect (CWA). Direct entry to CTA is no longer available—ArchX must be completed first.

Week 1: Fundamentals of Platform Architecture & Roles

• Defining the core role, primary objectives, and common project obstacles of a ServiceNow Architect.

• Evaluating pre-sales dynamics, delivery team structures, and stakeholder expectations.

Week 2: Architectural Blueprints & Change Management

• Mapping current-state business capabilities and end-to-end value chains.

• Designing structured ServiceNow architectural blueprints and managing change enablement plans.

Week 3: Core Frameworks, Workflows & Data Strategy

• Implementing configuration-first strategies to systematically prevent and reduce technical debt.

• Evaluating core platform workflow components, integration approaches, and data models.

Week 4: Governance, Risk Mitigation & Implementation Strategy

• Advising clients on robust data strategy principles, governance frameworks, and technical policies.

• Formulating implementation blueprints, risk-mitigation strategies, and go-live plans.

Completion, Assessment & Certification

1. Weekly Deliverables: Access weekly modules consisting of training videos, scenario-based exercises, and peer-review presentation assignments.

2. Badges & Leaderboard: Earn points by completing tasks to collect all 14 badges.

3. Assessment Window: Collecting all 14 badges unlocks the final assessment.

4. Certification: Passing the assessment immediately issues the official ArchX Certification , qualifying you for CTA program registration.
