This release focuses on AI-powered task automation, unifying project and CWM workflows, and giving teams richer visibility into delivery progress and cross-board work.

Major Features (Brazil Release):

• ServiceNow Otto task generation – Turn external documents, meeting notes, planning files, PDFs, and natural-language prompts into structured CWM tasks with automatic field mapping, accelerating work intake and execution

• Hybrid project management with CWM – Synchronize Project Workspace and CWM tasks in both directions, allowing teams to manage execution in CWM while keeping project managers connected through real-time updates

• CWM Dashboards – Create multiple customizable dashboards within each CWM board to visualize delivery data and project health in real time, helping teams identify issues and delivery risks earlier

• Lists in CWM – Bring Epics, Defects, Incidents, and other key work artifacts into a native CWM experience with flexible views and AI-assisted filters, reducing context switching and improving work visibility
