We're calling this one "Interview with an AI Agent" for a reason. Sascha Wildgrube joins Live Coding with Friends to show us his answer to a problem every builder on the platform has run into: we sell ServiceNow as the workflow platform, but there's never been a consistent way to implement a process: the activities, the handoffs between humans and machines, the states it moves through. AI was supposed to help. Instead, it's made things worse: more opinions, faster, and even less consistency across implementations. Sascha's fix: build an agent that interviews stakeholders and produces consistent process documentation, then hand it off to Build Agent to implement, sometimes going script-first to get the bones of the app in place, converting to Fluent, and letting Build Agent flesh out the rest. On this stream, we'll watch that whole flow live: agent interviews stakeholders → produces process docs → script does the initial app build → converts to Fluent → Build Agent fills in the details. Expect a real mix of custom-built and out-of-the-box ServiceNow procedures to make it work. Subscribe and turn on notifications so you catch this one live — bring your questions for Sascha in chat.
