This feature is versatile in that it can be used to generate tasks within a playbook activity, for example, or simply be used within a flow or a sub-flow in the background to trigger task record creation and auto-assignment to fulfillers. Previously, this was possible through business rules but now the automated execution makes the set up more efficient, time and effort wise.
