/git-issues-end is the human review gate: inspect the diff before a single commit goes out, then the command maps each changed file back to its issue, creates per-issue commits with Closes #N, and pushes — auto-closing issues on GitHub. It comments each issue with its commit hash and removes the worktrees. Clean history, closed issues, nothing left over.
