William's career has been spent helping organisations transform their business operations using technology. His career journey started at Accenture setting up IT and BPO outsourcing services in the UK and Australia. He then joined KPMG as a client-side sourcing advisor and led KPMG's Technology Sourcing practice helping our clients to maximise the value from their IT and BPO shared services. Today, William is privileged to lead KPMG's team of talented ServiceNow professionals and deliver digital solutions for our clients that transform the user experience, efficiency and effectiveness of their organisations.
