Rita has worked in a variety of industries, from consumer printing, to biotech, to enterprise software. Throughout her career she has always been focused on putting the user first when driving interaction design and architecture across hardware and software interfaces. At ServiceNow, she leads the Design Architecture team where they work to ensure and extend the flexibility of the platform and its products for all users.
