Pascal is close to celebrating his 10th anniversary at ServiceNow and is currently a Delivery Manager for the CMA and CTA Programs in APJ.
Previous to this, he was working in Customer Outcomes/Professional Services consulting with a range of customers in varied industries as a Platform Architect. He earned his CMA badge in the first APJ cohort and loves to talk about all things Operating Model and Governance as well as the leading practices across a range of products (IT and Employee workflows).
