Prior to joining ServiceNow in 2023, I was an experienced Technology Architect & Consultant working for 8 years with partners and customers in the ServiceNow ecosystem. I am now a Product Manager in the ITSM BU, ensuring our customers can easily adopt and achieve value in one of our biggest products, whilst also working to identify collaboration opportunities across other technology workflow business units.
