in the Washington release we've introduced powerful new capabilities around Knowledge Management for operational technology with it employees responsible for these industrial devices will be empowered to share their findings with others to improve productivity and overall efficiency let's log in as Troy notice that we've added an operational technology section to the service now knowledge base this now includes all of the articles that have been previously created for operational technology now let's say we want to add a new article from an incident that Troy's recently resolved to do so we simply click the drop- down and click create knowledge after selecting the knowledge base we want to add this article to we can review the article's description and body to ensure they're accurate and make any necessary adjustments knowledge pulls in all of the information from the incident including the resolution that was used by Troy to fix the issue once we click save and publish the article is ready for a view we have separation of Duties so when Troy creates a new article his manager Dale is notified and can review and approve it once Dale logs in he sees the article in the review state he can review the article and make any edits if needed in this case Dale is happy with it as is so he approves it the article is now published and available for use now when users create new incident with a similar description agent assist automatically suggests the article Troy created that includes how to resolve the issue talk about a timesaver and that's really what this new capability is all about improving time to resolution by allowing users to share their knowledge with one another and then leveraging agent assist to automatically suggest these Solutions as new incidents are created if you'd like to learn more about Knowledge Management for operational technology or any of the new features in the Washington release please visit us at www.s servicenow thank you
