applaud is a tool for agents to recognize their teammates for their wins big and small it allows agents to view recent Applause activity like them and respond to comments agents can give Applause from here the recognition activity feed page or from the workspace profile here agents can also see the top five applauded occasions app plot is a great way to show your team that you appreciate their hard work and dedication giving Applause is easy let's give one as an agent you can give Applause to one or multiple team members you have options for different occasions to select from and to leave a more personal mention of what they did that you want to recognize them for you can also let others in the organization know of their achievements and once you give Applause the agent's manager can view the Applause in the team engagement section in the manager workspace on the recognition activity feed you can see all the Applause that have been given or received there are two options for viewing applause applause given by you or Applause given by all contributors across the organization you can also filter Applause you have given or received based on occasion activity and time frame the all tab shows all Applause given or received by anyone across your organization the Applause can be filtered by team member or time frame this panel shows you the five most recent team members who have given an Applause or engaged with it by by adding a comment or giving a thumbs up and when someone gives you Applause you'll receive a notification and email how you choose to celebrate the Applause is up to you for more information see our product documentation or knowledge base or ask a question in the service now [Music] community
