so December of 2026 okay wow seems far away it does but when you start thinking about an implementation project especially to replace an entire system that could be nine Monon year project and so someone brought up well our support model with they're using a different partner for support um and I won't name them just because protect the innocent and then support was share and so their CIO literally said I am not going to put anyone on a timeline that's going to jeopardize the success and the quality of the project so if we need to pay more months for support that's what we'll do and I was like yeah I'd say a pretty and you probably know this from the GI your day-to-day but that probably the most common frustration with implementations is the timeline is too soon you don't give people enough time to digest and learn and adopt
