[Music] in this demo we will show how to export your data visualization in the platform analytics experience first we will navigate to the analytics data visual we would like to export with the export you can export a single data visual it is also possible to export multiple visuals at once but you use the schedule function for that which we will show in another video once opened we will navigate to the three dot menu in the upper right from there you choose the option export from here you choose the file type being either PDF jpeg or PNG you also choose the page format and whether the exported page should be portrait or landscape also here you can select whether you want to immediately export it to a file or whether you want to email it as an attachment you can change the settings in such a way that you expect the data visualization to be shown best in the export in this example we would like to export it directly to a file once we've selected everything we can click the export button to have it exported in our second example we will actually use the export to send the exported analytics data visualization to a user or group through an email you can add their username or group name but can also just use an email address directly after that you can easily add a subject to the email and add some text to the body of the email to provide some additional context on the data visualization you are sending once you select export it will create an email and send it to the users groups and email addresses selected and then in our last example we will actually use the same configuration of this export email but instead of using the export as an attachment we can actually embed the analytics data visualization in the body of the email that you are sending you will see a placeholder of where the data visualization will be placed and you can add your extra comments around it this concludes the export do always remember that a exporting data is not considered to be a good practice as you are bringing customers outside of the platform where the data is not real time or [Music] secure
