[Music] in this demo video we will be sharing an already saved data visualization in the new platform analytics experience we will navigate to our save data visualizations within the library notice that those data visualizations that are shared with you will be visible here in the shared section in our case we bookmarked it before clicking will bring us to the data visual designer from where we can set the sharing rights we're now in the visual designer where you can configure or consume a data visualization in our case we would like to share this one with the network group to be able to view and with Fred Ley to be able to edit and share with others when you click on the three dot menu in the upper right you will find multiple options one of them is share clicking this share function will bring you to a sharing model where you can individually set sharing rights for your users groups and roles you can set them to only viewing or also editing next to that you can set whether a user group or role should be able to share it also we will set it for the network group to be able to view but not to share with others through this drop down you can check if you set the sharing rights correctly or you can immediately change them from here as well with the first one done then now let's add it for our user for this user we want him to be able to not only edit the data visualization he should also be able to share it with others again we set the rights in an easy way and when done we can still check and modify within the drop- down menu you most likely will have the use case to immediately inform your users of the report shared with them from here you can easily copy the link to your clipboard so that you can send it through email or chat once confirmed we're done the data visualization is shared and will now appear within their Library [Music] he
