[Music] in this demo we will be sharing a dashboard within our platform analytics experience dashboards can be shared with users groups and roles and those dashboards that are shared with you those will be visible in the shared section of your dashboard Library let's open an existing dashboard that we would like to share in this case this dashboard is already shared we would like to change that existing sharing we do this by clicking the share function within the three dot menu in the upper right now we see the existing sharing rights in this example we would like to remove the editing sharing rights from the inventory admin role and instead of that give viewing rights to anyone with the inventory user role we add the inv ventory user role with just viewing rights on the dashboard we will not give those users the ability to share it with others also in this example we would like to give editing rights to one user with the ability to share the dashboard with others notice that you can always check and modify your sharing rights through the drop- down menu from the same sharing configuration you can immediately copy the dashboard link to your clipboard to send it to your co-workers an extra function is that you can even copy it with possible filters applied in that case it will copy the link with existing dashboard filters [Music] active
