let's check out the product documentation site experience updates to docs. servicenow.com the official product documentation for the now platform we've modernized our website to create a more consistent and familiar experience between service now sites and to give you improved search features let's take a quick tour we'll follow along as Aura uses these features to find the information she needs we're logged in as Aira on docs. servicenow.com by logging in she can watch topics and notified when they're updated and set her search preferences let's set those now really quick Aira selects a release version and a product search results that match these values are given higher priority so they'll appear first in the list now the site displays the same header icons footer and functionality that Akira is already familiar with on other service now sites such as the now Community developer site and so on with the search bar from front and center you can find what you need quickly and filter the search results directly on the homepage just enter a search query and then click on different filters to narrow down the results in our example Aura needs to create a report template in the Vancouver release for governance risk and compliance on the search results page you'll see helpful information including the average time it takes to read the topic date the topic was last updated and the publication in which the topic resides here's the topic page at Cura needs again she sees the same helpful information that she saw in the search results and she also sees a pull down menu to quickly switch to another release version if she needs to topic Pages still provide the features Atura loves including breadcrumb links the collapsible table of contents and previous and next links as she Scrolls down the page the green progress bar at the top shows how far down the page she is the search field at the top gives you the option to search within the selected publication in our example a curo wants to find topics about risk assessments when we enter the query with this publication displaying the search results page will show us risk assessment topics within the publication she's in she wants to be notified when there are any updates to this topic so she opens the topic page and clicks the watch icon to add it to her watch list for this page akiro would also like to download a PDF to reference from her desktop she can do this from the page or directly from any page in the search results list you can also get search results in our localized languages change the language for your search to get results in that language and then quickly link back to the English results if you want to in our example Akira works out of an office in Japan and sometimes needs to switch to Japanese no problem here She searches in English switches to Japanese to translate the search results and quickly switches back to English with enhanced homepage search capab ility an updated look and feel topic page improvements and localized language search results docs. servicenow.com is the place to get the product information you [Music] need
