I've been at companies even small no more than 10 people companies where nobody knew my name to a place that nurtures and supports and nerds out with you over the things that you nerd out about I'm not just employee number 330 whatever I'm Rachel everyone's going to say the same thing but I really want to emphasize it it's culture 100% culture it comes from the relationships we built you put a cultural structure that nobody can break or bent and it's like it's perfect we've got the right amount of hustle we've got the right amount of humility we've got the right amount of respect for our customers it's the environment everybody's welcome in everybody treats you respectfully fairly you can work for a company in level you do but not love the company but the culture here is unmatched it is like a wholesome gritty company and like I say that in the most loving way service now it's like just how there's always something new to do on there like it keeps you intrigued it's like there's not enough information that you can get really there's always something you're constantly thinking outside of the box solutioning you can never know enough and like that's what's always cool like you'll never max out on knowledge so you'll never get bored it still is that core functionality of your databases your workflow it makes everything crystal clear from a process perspective and even from a development perspective now I've dabbled on the development side and you don't want me in there but from a process perspective the workf flows it's just beautiful how it can solve any problem that's put in front I thought I knew what teamwork meant before I came here and then I got here and the eagerness and the enthusiasm and the support for people who are always waiting in line to help you out with something it makes leaving here impossible not to mention never being afraid to fail because someone always has your back and I always tell people cuz like my friends will even ask me like what like I'm always seeing this I'm like this is the real deal like they're not paying me to say this it is really that good to work here oh I'm ecstatic like honestly this is probably like the best decision that I've like ever made it makes me feel like happy to be part of the team honestly like thank you thank you I got you appreciate keep working hard keep working hard keep working work hard for you you know he I appre keep working hard
