[Music] imagine you're in the kyc team and are helping on board a new customer a relationship manager completed the initiation phase another team member verifi the documents provided and now you are required to complete the kyc task and complete the due diligence phase you therefore receive a kyc task in a new state to help onboard Chaine do a relationship manager worked with Jane to get her information submitted into the form your bank uses socure as a third-party kyc vendor let me show you how using our embedded spoke with socure we can easily pull in all the information right here for the kyc agent within the kyc task a kyc agent is presented with multiple tabs of information from socure so let's take a look at secure next the bank decides to leverage two modules from socure this is Sour's back end and the two modules are the kyc module and the watch list module while onboarding Jane we sent over Jane's information to socure and socure ran that information against its database and algorithms so cure did kyc verification on Jane's name address phone date of birth and it gave us specific scores for each of those it also gave us additional informational codes as well as a Json response similarly we are socure to also run Jane's information against a slew of watch list and sanction lists so what socure did was run it through its database and algorithms and it provided us risk and informational codes against watch list and sanction list you'll see the Json responses and when when I go back to service now you will see how we show this information back to the kyc agent the kyc agent is presented with information from socure right in their fso task they can click into a score and explore the code description and reason codes that we retrieved from so cure we present similar data from socure for address risk email risk and phone risks for watch list we not only pull in the reason code and description but also details about exactly which sanction list the customer showed up on and what Fields matched I just showed you how a kyc agent is presented with all all this information in their single pan of class of service now customers can also leverage our business rules to configure automated decision- making to quickly and easily onboard their customers
