Video Shorts: FRISS Integration
[Music] in Utah plus we introduce our fris spoke and integration We join our claim during the adjuster evaluation stage of the claim the adjuster would like to know the fraud score that has been returned from fris for this particular claim we see a fraud indicator has been returned of 180 we want to dig a little deeper in to see why the score is so high so we dig into that and we see what the indicators are associated with this score we see that we have three indicators returned a claim damag timing check a claim date check and a claim days till reported check excuse me so it looks like the claim was filed too close to the Inception date um and it looks like the claimer was reported 90 days after the incident all which could be indicators that this is a fraudulent claim or that the fact the carrier is buying a claim so due to the nature of the indicators present our adjuster knows that additional information must be gathered and documented in his claim file and that SIU may maybe should be notified of the possibility of a fraudulent claim now as additional details get added to this claim the adjuster may want to update this fraud score to see that if it gets higher or if it gets lower because maybe you know it just happened to be a legitimate claim but these indicators are just there if that's the case he can click into these three little dots and at any time he can regenerate this score thank you for joining our demo
