foreign [Music] tell me your name your role and what company you work for hey my name is Jonah Hooper I'm a senior account executive for Glide fast Consulting right on so we're at knowledge 2023 this is my first knowledge it is completely electrifying tell me so far this is only day two I believe do you have any initial takeaways huge this year I'm so glad to see like the entirety of the servicenow community back in presence it's just been amazing I love it too I mean the inner the interval right folks and I interact with them through zoom and slack and all that being in people's presence makes a huge difference now I want to ask you a couple questions because I understand that you have a bit of an unconventional transition into Tech tell us a little bit about your servicenow journey yeah so I I actually got into the service now I was a professional ballet dancer with the Atlanta ballet and when I left there I went into banking for a little while and then discovered service now got my servicenow administrative certification and then just took off from there now were you always in sales I actually started as an account executive and I thought I was going to be doing accounting and somebody had to explain to me that that was a sales job so uh I did start off with servicenow in sales yes doing sales cheers comes to interacting with customers and potential customers what are those interactions like my favorite thing is meeting people in person because really servicenow affects people you know on a personal level day to day and really getting to meet people face to face and see how it you know affects them in their organizations is just I mean it's Priceless final question what is your superpower my superpower is you heard it right there he's right his superpower is being friendly I completely love talking to Jonah Jonah thank you so much for your time
