podcast but yeah it is Monday for us it is did you have a wonderful weekend I needed like one one like last weekend right yeah we just needed one more we went to the Braves game Saturday how was that good food good good times oh she wasn't very good but that's okay we got we went David splurged a little bit because it was the only one we're going to so we have like a indoor area so we didn't have to like stand in lines for food or drinks that's nice and they inducted Andrew Jones hired his number first though did you bring your Mimosa carafe that you carry to venues so you don't have to buy theirs I did about halfway there okay I love mimosas did you guys drive back and forth or did you stay overnight we stayed Saturday night how is it winter I haven't been down there in a bit so where the brights play is very cool it's called the battery and like during the games they have those um they like go down in the ground when games and stuff aren't happening and then they come up to like block traffic you know what I'm talking about yeah the big posts yeah yeah and so they have the whole area blocked off and we always stay like at one of the not the super expensive ones we stay on the like an Aloft is where we stayed yeah yeah and then and it's in the batteries we were able to park and like walk over and there's a little Irish pub and one of the guys that used to report to me lives over there said he met us for a dream on the correct weekend because yes on the correct weekend and then yeah that's fun it's very cool though it's a lot of I mean like even if they weren't playing that area is very cool yes it's like an indoor Top Golf and then they have like you say in there what do you mean in the battery like so the whole area around the field is called the battery and there's like tons of restaurants and shops and so it turns into like a local area of those big walking pedestrian friendly yeah that's weird last year when we went we went to went to full social worker but we didn't do any of the activities we just sat and had some beers before the game and stuff nice and how long did the game last how long were you sitting we didn't stay the whole time so we went out for the little retire the Jersey thing and then we sat out there for maybe like four Innings and then we walked around the stadium just because then we sat inside for a little bit because even though the weather was nice the humidity was warm right so we sat inside to watch a little bit and then we walked back so we didn't stay the whole time I think we left at like seventh inning eighth inning somewhere like that that's not bad yeah just in time to watch Texas beat Alabama of nowhere in the football yeah yeah okay I hate Texas stayed the team I'm from Oklahoma so that's like our big rivalry Texas and Oklahoma oh you're still on top of them don't you yeah and the whole horns down what does that mean orange down there mascot is a longhorn and so you horns yeah and they were babies and tried to say people should be fined they do horns down okay that's a bit much it's dramatic so if you're not gonna get hate comments I know I know I'll say horns down all day long yeah well you've had another issue with horns lately I know I won't touch them I don't think it would feel good if you did well no I won't touch the caterpillar at all because I'm worried he's gonna like he's still there no I got rid of him but like I'm using like sticks to like get him off and I'm like essentially just chopping off that branch of my plant City that he eats yeah but he's sitting on I'm not a I'm not a chemical person in the garden but um there's some like chemical free stuff like neem oil okay and uh diatomaceous earth that you could put on and they'll stay away from your your plants for next season they're very big very big those ones you show me are Honkers like I don't even know are they like in the dirt they're probably eating something else before they've gotten to your stuff do you have neighbors that have Gardens I don't know I'm just like Curious how they got up because it's like off the ground well they they crawl you know right but like I would have seen them making their Voyage it's not like they're fast and song I just see them like crawling around it's not it's not like they travel with a caravan either Allison with a with the lead the cards and you know there we go here's our flag here we come I think he was huge I was so he was usually are you next to a wooded area that's like not maintained or something yeah so the lot next to us when we moved in still have like trees and stuff but it was fine well back in February so how many months ago was that they came and started to clear the land and never finish and now it's like growing into our yard that might be the source I don't you know I know that's still Voyage distance you know for a caterpillar I I we need to get AI to animate us a bunch of horned tomato worms well but I'm just like weird in a caravan um were you in the dirt like how did you get up here and I'm baffled by it just I'm gonna share offline I'll play around with some imagery Caravan of ant horned like look at him he's got a little horn and his creep so I just like chopped that whole Branch off essentially oh like two of that you're that afraid to touch him I just like I don't know what he's gonna do he's a caterpillar Allison I understand that even if he stands like this is not gonna kill you his little he didn't see him his little mouth it's creepy oh I can't wait till you see your first praying mantis they're evil looking house they'll actually move their head and follow you it's really weird I know you want to know the weird thing we bought that is the most amazing thing I think I've ever bought of course we got ruggables have you heard of ruggables is it like there's an Instagram ad that shows me rugs so so is that what it is Velcro on and they're machine washable yes yes I've gotten the ad yes so we bought some because God loves Rory but she's a puppy so we had to replace our rugs and I saw them and I was like maybe so we got them in that thing doesn't move she can like Screech to a halt and she just slides on the top of it it is like the best thing ever and it's super cute we got fall ones oh like it's literally like a walk-in rug it just doesn't move yeah and it velcros on and off so I was like local I love decorating I was like we can get seasonal ones so we have fall I'm sure David is thrilled I don't know if you see the little white here yes I do yes um he was all about that so okay so it's if it's in his yeah yeah okay I still have my office still has his braids and his master stuff I still need to make it my office what would make it your office not his diploma not the brains or the Masters or always my father forever my friend from his daughter but what would via Allison element like just so you don't have to give away without anything I would remove these we put my stuff I did see they have a print of The Golden Girls all four of them that are like are you a fan of The Golden Girls I love the Golden Girl who's your favorite I am Dorothy my best friend is Blanche that's fine I have a mug that she sent me that said you're the Dorothy to my Blanche but they have like these four like funky prints that I was like I need to get those and hang them like right now that would be really fun I think I don't know so I don't know we're I'm in the midst of like purging a bunch of stuff because I just got the wild you ever do that where you're like you know what I just need to like my closet is like the main one on the list I need to put just like a tub in there so I can just start tossing I found a really helpful rule for the closet is if um here's my rule if it has a hole in it in any sort of way and then if I was in the emergency room and someone saw me with that on I would be embarrassed it goes in the trash see like I could go like this to the emergency room and I don't look good and I'm fine yeah but but if it had like a giant hole in it or a stain or you might be like oh sorry uh if I'm in the emergency room I don't really care they like if you'd be embarrassed to get an ambulance like if you had like a fire and you were outside in this outfit you wouldn't want your neighbors to see you yes exactly why we keep clothes on now I had a friend that was like just turn your hangers backwards and whatever is still left that way at the end of the year you get rid of because you didn't wear it all year yeah it's still a tough one I do the same thing but with the location of it in the yeah so I know the stuff over here is used all the time and stuff over here isn't a bunch of weight or later and so I still a close from when I was bigger and David's like Allison I'm just getting rid of them I'm like but what if I need the ticket he's like I think you're in control of that and I was like okay I'll get rid of some but I'm keeping like two pair of pants and he's like I don't care if you get rid of none of them I'm just saying foreign yeah I know the purge feeling you have to do that every once in a while you cut out there for a little bit so I didn't hear the funny bits but we'll pretend it was really funny joke yeah because it'll make it to the recording I get fiber um do we get fiber on Thursday he didn't hear me I think we get it on Thursday so we ended what about the wireless issue um so they're gonna put a thing in my office I already asked oh sweet so you're gonna connect directly to something we're just going to move the router in here and I'm gonna plug directly into the router so David Wi-Fi I told him that he needs to have them put an outlet out there he's like they'll have to dig up the grass I'm like so like it's worth it yeah I I was like it would be worth it for me he's a cool we'll see yeah but he doesn't even use our home Wi-Fi so when we started having issues we got the T-Mobile router because they knew home internet he has zero issues with it I have nothing but issues with it even on my phone so it's not like it's just my computer like even when my phone connects to it it just so it's like T-Mobile and Allison not getting along right it just personally knows it's Allison connecting yeah uh so with David and I first started dating it didn't matter what I ordered even if it was from Amazon like there was no telling what it would show up he would order something and it would show up like in three hours I mean not really that's being a little bit it's like Manhattan I would I would just get so frustrated so now after we moved in together I only order things under his name and they're always on through see maybe the internet's still like Allison mainly I like Allison though damn those internets what did you do this weekend more depth work no um I did do some Garden work mostly um oh so my sweet potatoes I was so excited about them you may remember Joe used to work here uh he had sweet potatoes in his garden so I was like oh let me get some sleep status I put them in my garden I took care of those things all season long they did good they vined out into the driveway they vined out all over the place so this weekend I was like we'll only check on them see how they're doing so I reach underneath and I feel where there's a sweet potato that has been eaten from underneath so I'm like son of a biscuit and it looks perfect like it looks like nothing's Disturbed it I start pulling them on all of them are eaten or partially eaten by I'm guessing moles or voles that go underground and eat from the bottom up yeah so that was disappointing yeah but other than that that I was working on my PDI I finally got my PDI my new PDI rebuilt so that was um a lot of a lot of lessons you want to hear the sad one it just goes with the theme of troubleshooting something for like many hours and so my my mid server and the SSH steps on the instant wouldn't work it's kept saying unable to authenticate user root or whoever I use I was using root cause I was just so desperate and um hours hours and hours I'm telling you to meet troubleshooting and like we're going through log files and it was because when I recreated the credential in the new PDI I made a basic auth credential instead of an SSH credential and I just wanted to scream I was like son of a biscuit I spent Friday afternoon troubleshooting inbound actions on our demo 7 server because it won't take them is email turned off nope emails turned on the jobs are running I bet there's something in our demo Hub app that disables that probably but I was getting so frustrated because I was trying to help with some demo stuff for one of his people and I was like why isn't this working so it's still not working yes how come you didn't tell me because it was Friday afternoon and that's family first that's what I texted you though my login why I still don't have admin on my well I mean I have it but it's not giving me admin so our company we won't mention their name has an app they've developed it's in all of our instances that controls I mean it makes sense right someone leaves the organization they have admin to an instance you want to take care of that really quickly I think that's doing something so you're I understand so anyway the inbound actions though are just pissing me off I was like what else is it so I was even like on docs and I'm like there was nothing in here is it never making it to the instance it won't process it was frozen I checked all the scheduled jobs I just got checked all the logs can you say that again you froze I said I checked all the scheduled jobs I checked all the logs I went into the email like dashboard thing everything's connected so it must be in that app thing you're talking about okay I'll take a look I'll put it on my list now that I know there's some weird app controlling things I might be able to figure it out I just there's always some weird app I know I know I was um this is gonna be a big left curve left turn sorry that I've just got to connect these thoughts about there being an app I'm listening to a book about um Amazon versus Walmart um it's called um winter sells all his name is and there's a good chapter where they keep talking about one of the chapters the Walmart app versus the Walmart fresh app or something like that they were combining into one app so they have one experience yeah I was just like wow the conversations really changed even since I got started that CEOs and executives are focused on an app for what was traditionally a store that you walked into and probably never even knew what that was back in the 80s and 90s when all that was being built out if there could be one positive from covid it was forced people to get more advanced yeah like now I don't know about you guys when we go to Walmart now like most of the Shoppers are like personal shoppers going around with their little purse like filling people's orders which is pretty cool I can't remember last time I stepped foot in a Walmart but I got groceries delivered from them yesterday oh you have you don't go anymore I've never been a big Walmart person and that was just because of where I grew up especially after I graduated I was like I really don't want to see people oh it's really good for your self-esteem though well if I go grocery shopping I either go to KJ KJ's is a really close grocery store it's very sad and I could walk in there in those clothes you would throw out and still look nicer than a water but we only go there if it's like we need one thing and we don't want to drive across town or it doesn't meet our Walmart minimum if I'm going grocery shopping I go to Kroger or Food Lion but God damn yeah but when you so I love my child with every fiber of my being I would love for my child but grocery shopping with a four-year-old really good part grocery shopping with a four-year-old like it's fun at first because he's like oh I love grocery shopping and he wants to put things in the basket and I'm like great but then about six minutes in he's over it and it's like where's the toy aisle and I'm like we're at the grocery store not Target not Walmart we're at Kroger like there's there's not really I mean they have like a little seasonal aisle with little like cars and stuff but and I said and also you don't get something every time we go to the store you know I need to give them a job to do he needs a job well that's why I have him ride on the end and he is in charge of hopping out and putting things in the bath so he's got energy up yes he wants to lay on the bottom thing and I'm like no because I'm gonna roll over your fingers so no the bottom thing I very rarely put things on the bottom thing it's always yeah well and that's the thing but you're not gonna use it I'm like right fingers because then we're gonna have to abandon the cart and go to the ER and yes I'm not sure why this came across my feed I don't know if it was Instagram or Tick Tock maybe it's because we're sharing stuff a lot yeah but it was a mom who could laugh just saying it I guess she needed to take a nap so she's had her kids her two kids draw her taking a nap so they kept them occupies of their drawing her if she got to take her nap I was like that's pretty cool oh yeah let's see the things I do is Dexter whenever I need to rest um I'm like let's let's just all take a rest because he has fomo and so if it's the middle of the day and he needs a nap he's like but you guys are gonna do fun things without me I'm like I promise we're not I promise on whatever you want me to promise on that we are not going to do anything fun while you're resting so instead of saying he has to take a nap I'm just like let's rest and watch a movie and he's good with that and that will but the other thing so when he was a baby he likes white noise and still does and he has a hatch noise machine that's for kids like I have wanted the condo because it simulates the sunrise and our bedroom in the condo has no windows I slept till like 11 A.M one time because there was no sun and I couldn't tell you the last time I slept that late so on his noise machine it has different colors in the mornings he can't come in our room until it's green we can play you know the bathroom he can get a snack but he can't come wake me up unless it's an emergency and he does he listens like he looks at the comfort so way to go hatch very nice yes I've never heard of this I'm gonna have to look it up hatch yeah yeah he's like a dinosaur or something is it like a dinosaur egg or something no it's just a little like it's probably and it lights up so it's his nightlight slash his noise maker and so at night it's on like blue or teal and then in the morning at 7am it switches to Green so he can't wake me up on the weekends it's at eight but I mean he he actually follows it which I was shocked because he spoke her I I think you just described that feeling I hadn't thought about this a long time but the fomo completely describes my childhood of you're just constantly you think your brother is doing something that you're gonna miss out on or your parents or that describes it perfectly you just feel like you're being left out well no sometimes people like Mommy I don't want to go to bed I'm like why you're like falling asleep on me he's like but you and David are up and what if you do something without me I'm like what would we do and he's like I don't know no idea and one night it was so bad like he just was in tears because we were sitting out back on the patio and then when it was time to go to bed like I brought him in we did his bath and book and all that and then he's like Mommy I just really want to sit out there with you guys because like I laid him down and he fell asleep because he was falling asleep outside and he woke up it was like it was washed me up here and so I was like fine you can come outside for like 20 minutes but then you have to go to bed okay and he was like okay he fell asleep on me outside like instantly that's really sweet though yeah you're gonna remember those one day well and what was funny is he kept trying to tell me he was scared and and it's not that I dismissed that my son scared but I was like are you really or are you just wanting to get up and sit with us because look I just really want to sit with you guys like okay okay just tell me you'd rather be up and don't tell me you're scared and he's like okay because one time he actually was and we got out some um air freshener and told him it was Monster spray since he can't read and so David went around the house bring air freshener saying it was Monster spray and then we have a crawl space under the house which Dexter is enthralled with and he thinks one time Bears lived under there another time it was dragons and so the night of the monsters where he goes did he get the Dragon's Lair like I don't know let's go find out so they said go outside oh my God I love the monster spray that's just brilliant hey you get creative when it's late and you're tired well now every time I see somebody spray or spray I couldn't think they're spraying for Monsters and so he was like can you leave it in here for me I was like sure that's brilliant that's just brilliant what what flavor was the monster spray so you have to stay consistent on the side Fresh Linen I think monsters hate cleanliness [Music] oh my goodness I think you have to run don't you I do if they started a meeting without you you're Frozen I'll wait for her to come back now you're Frozen okay okay yeah you we both froze I guess yeah um are you late for something yeah I have to go to a resource thing called okay have fun
