[Music] thank you hello my name is Sierra Barnes and I'm a digital solution consultant with servicenow specializing in strategic portfolio management today I'll go over the new enhancements to our goal framework for our Vancouver release inside of the strategic planning workspace before I get into that information please keep in mind our Safe Harbor notice throughout this presentation which may contain forward-looking statements that reflect the current beliefs of service now and are based on current information so these four looking segments should not be relied upon in making purchasing decisions the enhancements to the goal framework for SPM include a new dashboard to track and monitor goals and a list view to see all goals and their targets including qualitative goals and quarterly or yearly Target breakdowns functionality will help summarize and analyze all goals within a portfolio plan to identify and quickly address issues more effectively this enhancement also drives organizational success and helps organizations deliver continuous value while pursuing their goals by staying aligned to strategy the goals dashboard formerly known as the overview tab provides a filterable set of information that gives you a bird's eye view of the entities in a portfolio and highlights actionable information like goals that are not allowing to parent goals or work and goals that may lack targets scrolling down on that goals dashboard you'll also be able to see a section on targets and a section on strategic priorities the goals list view displays all the portfolio plans goals and their targets with a spreadsheet like experience here users can add new sub goals and targets or update gold Target actuals and then add remarks when adding a Target users can set the duration in the type of Target you can also Define quarterly or yearly breakdowns to Define Milestones within the Target and then the target breakdowns will automatically be calculated for the duration of the target and here's another look at the Gold Target breakdown users will now also be able to view Targets in the side panel or click on full details for more information while non-goal owners will have the read-only view as shown here and the list view users will also be able to add and edit actuals from the side panel as well as ADD explanations other users can then add comments or hover above the remarks to view what has been added and by using the personalize icon you'll be able to change the time period and hide show or reorder columns in the list view as well another enhancement we've included in the goal framework is that organizations can now track non-numerical qualitative goals and targets as well so out of the box a yes no unit of measure will be delivered and administrators can then add more qualitative UNICEF measures to align with their company's objectives such as analyst ratings or ESG carbon ratings the final goals enhancement is the ability to show parents the goals in the hierarchy view to see how those goals roll up to other entities so that users can see unaligned goals that may need to be aligned and that concludes the overview of the enhancements to our goal framework within SPM to learn more about strategic portfolio management please visit our website at servicenow.com or contact your account team thank you so much for watching
