foreign [Music] manager Workforce is a new option in the CSM FSM configurable workspace rather than focusing on the dispatcher this feature is available to support service managers giving them access to options that were only previously available by navigating to multiple views as part of the UI 16 interface and first we see our team calendar we have our daily weekly workday views we can see the team assignments as well as their PTO their meetings and other events and by selecting any event we can see those details via the contextual side panel we can also see technician details by selecting the info icon to the right of their name using the icons on the right panel we can view and toggle the different calendar event Types on and off here I'm toggling off PTO to see how the calendar changes and I can create a new event perhaps PTO or a meeting so let's create a meeting for Alex rated participate in and review OSHA training this is a half day training event and we'll see it automatically update on the calendar next I may wish to view information via what was previously known as my dispatch map here I can select multiple tasks or technicians to view their details on the contextual side panel even if there are multiple tasks or technicians or even a mix of tasks and technicians they're all available within the side panel I can also use filters at the top to restrict what displays here in this case perhaps I only want to view my technicians and I can toggle between them and last but not least we've also Incorporated the geolocation history map allowing me to select a date and technician and view their geolocation history for that day to support auditing so really I guess you could say we haven't created anything new here instead we've reimagined those things we've made it significantly more useful to view the team calendar to view the geolocation history map to view my dispatch map we've reduced the need for navigation to these multiple screens by bringing it Forward into the manager Workforce
