foreign [Music] and your role and what company you work for I am Brandi Batchelor and I'm a solution consultant at Glide fast Consulting right on so where you add Bill McDermott's keynote address this morning I was tell us some of your takeaways from the Keynote Glide fast is growing we're expanding we're getting into every organization now I mean there's nothing this platform can't do I mean from Healthcare financial services customer service management I mean we're in there we're making things happen absolutely and I know in your role as a Solutions consultant you are in a unique position because you bring together the business side as well as the technology side and I'm glad to be talking to you because in Bill McDermott's keynote he talked a little bit about that but can you tell us a little bit more about your role as a Solutions consultant with glide fast I'm very excited to tell you about that I have been working with servicenow for oh it's 15 16 years now since Berlin very exciting and in that role I have learned the ins and outs of the the system and platform and I help customers achieve their Roi what they want to accomplish in the time frame they want to accomplish it we get them the right resources the technology the training organizational change management we include all of that in our project plans for them and and give them the sense that we are going to accomplish everything they're looking to get yeah I like what you said because at the bottom the bottom line is organizations want to an increase on their Roi they don't necessarily come looking for oh what software can I get they want something that's going to bolster their bottom line yeah so I love that you said that let me ask you a question I know that you were not always in service now that you had a career transition can you tell us a little bit about how you got into service now a little bit about your career journey I can I started off as an intensive care psychiatric nurse wow worked in healthcare for many years worked in different organizations and one day I said you know I really want to still help people but I want to work in the technology sector because I think that's where the future was going to be and it really is because even with servicenow we can go ahead and connect their their health records to servicenow so they can not leave their application they're used to unfamiliar with and still get the help they need and it is wonderful that we can go ahead and help people in that way and the fact that we can help multiple different companies from insurance companies to different Healthcare organizations hospitals doctors offices get that technology that they need in their offices to support them helping people yeah I love that now final question what is your superpower my superpower I would like to say it is being observant and very caring so when I take on helping someone it really means something to me and I want to make sure that they are successful in whatever they do wow Randy Bachelor thank you so much Brandi Batchelor Solutions consultant at Glide fast Consulting servicenow Elite partner of the year for two years running thank you so much for your time Brandy foreign
