well yesterday I did the cmdb workshop and it's a company who is not super familiar with cmdb like they know what a cmdb is but they weren't really like using it to its full potential if you will so I actually had to hop into one of our demo instances to show them um you know you can click the little map thingy on an incident it'll show you the full view of dependency view yeah yeah and they were like oh my God and I was like I know right see why this is so important
