foreign my name is saloni and I am a technical consultant here at Lightfest today I am going to demonstrate a new virtual agents branding feature that is going to be available with the uterilis now with Utah release you are able to change the fonts of the virtual agent shared part so let me take you right through it let's first quickly take a look at the bot we have on the service portal out of the box when I click on the chat icon it will open up the chatbot and as you can see it is out of the box we have a ability to go ahead and change the colors of each item right here as well as the fonts so to do so we will go to the packet and search for settings and click on settings under conversational interfaces let's click on view all on The Branding card after the books we do have four choices available if we like we can go ahead and choose the out of the box brandy or you have an option to go ahead and create new one for this demo we are gonna apply Polaris type branding to our virtual agents chatbot as well as we will change the font so let's open the polar restore branding as you can see on the preview screen this is how the bot chat window will look like when The Branding is applied to the chatbot you have option to go ahead and change the colors of each item as well as you have ability to change the icons of each item for this demo I'll just go ahead and change the fonts you have an out of the box options available for fonts so when I click on this Arrow I do have the box fonts available if I do not want to go with the out of the box choices or fonts I do have an option to add custom font I can click on this link add custom font then you can add the custom font through URL or you can upload a path for this demo I'll just go go with the out of the box font let's select cabin italic file and if you notice the header text got changed now I'll do the same thing for chat body text let's select this theme font the cabin cabin italic one and if you notice the font again change for everything now let's go ahead and save this branding now to apply this branding to our service portal chatbot we have to navigate to agent chat under service folder and then open up service portal agent chat config and then we just have to add a line of code that's gonna be branding key colon now we will need The Branding key so we can go to our branding and The Branding key is available right here so I'm gonna copy The Branding key and then paste it right here and then save it now let's go to our our service portal and refresh the page to see if our branding got changed and if you notice the branding got changed to the Polaris dark as well as our fonts are changed that is all for today thank you for watching foreign [Music]
