process automation designer so let's understand what is Project automation designer so process automation designer within service now is a design to let you create manage and visualize end-to-end business process and how does it do this without a through a sneak and intuitive drag and drop interface that makes workflow design just like a piece with process automation designer you can Define the sequence of activities set up conditions and approvals integrate with other system ends much more all this without writing a single line of code so without wasting any further time okay let's jump into the demo so as you can see here on my screen this is my personal development instance and it's on the Van Curtis so you may see something different from your own personal instance okay uh in today's tutorial we what we'll be doing I'm thinking from a long time that I want to create an application uh for Jim so we will try to create some basic infra for the same so for that what we'll be will do it will update the particular record at the back end and then you can simply mark it complete so once it gets updated it got updated now with this particular information it has pulled this information from the back end okay and now you can I can mark it as complete pretty simple right so this is how it's working so let's add few more steps to the same is that yeah over here so if you have already completed review the third one is the implementation plan so in implementation plan what we can do what we can do um we can we can simply provide two-step instruction okay over here so there's also one thing oh yeah you can provide initial message once the message one once it's get completed what message it should show okay and if it skipped what message to show so this is also one
