Field Service Management | Now Mobile Agent application playbooks
this video demonstrates using field service management mobile playbooks in the now mobile agent application starting with the Vancouver release the now mobile agent application provides support for playbooks then provide agents and fulfillers with visibility into cross business workflows and the actual tasks used to complete these workflows within field service Management Field agents rely upon them to complete their work let's see a mobile playbook in action we're logged in as a field agent using the app on the applet launcher screen under my tasks we can tap view Playbook to open the playbook for that work order task the work order task Playbook opens displaying the stages it contains including troubleshoot parts and so on each stage is comprised of activities when we tap a stage it opens with its activities listed underneath the part stage is open in our example Park requirements is the first activity for that stage so let's start by opening it and then creating a part requirement the list is empty because we haven't created one yet so we create one and select the model we select this cable which takes us back to the input form screen we submit the request and here's our new part requirement in the list we tap back to return to the Playbook we could create another part requirement but we're done so we tap Mark complete The Playbook list shows that the part requirements activity is complete we'll end our demonstration here but to continue you would select the next activity on the list part requests so we've seen how field agents can use mobile playbooks to complete their work order tasks on the go for more information see our product documentation or knowledge base or ask a question in the servicenow community
