[Music] thank you hey everyone it's Justin thank you for watching and welcome to my house that's Justin's house it's time for another servicenow store highlights episode that's SSH version 0811 2023 and we're coming off the heels of one of our biggest episodes ever which I did a special episode on Monday the 7th for the 595 new or updated applications that were dropped for Vancouver Early Access and let me tell you based on last time that's not going to be everything so you could see another 500 level thing this was their May release um their May 3rd or Q2 Q2 release I think it was maybe it's upright one two three four five yeah so two Q2 that was their Q2 release their family release for Vancouver exceeded that 595 but this week everyone we're up here with 25 believe me my fingers and my brain are so thankful that I only have 25 to go through this week let's go ahead and see how that breaks down in the episode four new releases seven highlights six compatibility updates six or four minor updates two fixes and two release notes fails that's right we had a couple we had a one week uh with just servicenow stuff that I didn't do any release notes fails but let's go ahead and check out what those are this week we'll select those here hit the apply button and we'll see guard rails and a new occasion where release notes fails if you haven't seen the show before release notes fails means there's not any release notes for me to tell you whether it was a big fix a little fix of debuggers you know whatever it is that you'll see in the categories here so it's a fail because I can't tell you what happened with it but it got a new version we also had some fixes let's go ahead and check out those we'll just hit apply there Microsoft Sentinel and Vivid charts data engagement platform I believe this one was actually in not one episode ago because I had a special episode about two episodes ago and it quickly came out with a fix just after that so again both just little small quick fixes and you may want to know about that compatibility I think I had we had a few of those tasks for mobile VMware carbon black cloud carbon black cloud variety service management for security operations for vulnerability response and ztap sync for security operations all compatibilities with Utah we're not seeing compatibilities with Vancouver at the moment those were all focused on Utah so after that we didn't have any downgrades but I think we had a minor update or two yep bit site for security Performance Management connector cohesity Discovery admin and Microsoft 365 spoke all had some minor updates again not worth tying up our highlights with those minor updates but we'll get to what you've been waiting for the new releases for this week and we will start with the cmmc accelerator the cmmc accelerator is from security bricks Inc and it's the cmmc nist SP 800-177 assessments and controls content it'll label Cloud security providers or csps and software as service providers or ask SAS to automate their cmmc authority to operate or ATO assessment this app is based on all those acronyms and numbers I just mentioned before it does come with some screenshots let's check out those screenshots here is some Authority documents or a Authority document here's that Authority document opened up in a form here is a list of citations probably related to The Authority document as a related list and there's a control objective again probably associated with that Authority document this is a preview of looks like an assessment so does the organization employ automated mechanisms integrate blah blah blah blah and let's see what our next screenshot is back to Authority documents so that's what's new from security bricks Inc we'll go on to our next one which is cyberstar cyberstar is coming to us from Wilco Tech LLC automating automating 8140 8570 compliance management for the Department of Defense cyber Workforce let's go to the key features here out of the box mapping the Cyber standards you can read them there adherence to the new 8140.03m requirements automated training integration for known providers continuous compliance non-demand reporting and expertise management for cyber pasture forecasting recruiting and planning we also have screenshots on this one here's a proof of qualification showing a workflow setting up the approval stage here are some work roles here's some qualifications and a general overview looks like a dashboard showing a to-do list pending verification and positions here is the admin ksats I do not know what a case that is uh but that's uh that's what it looks like here's the general compliance tree showing um basically how things roll up you know if this is if it's sub components down farther in the trio compliant then the top level thing is compliant that kind of thing and then we're back to the proof of qualification so that's what's new coming from Wilco Tech LLC cyberstar next on our list of new releases Micro Land intelligenny automate it Ops redefine service management and improve business agility and operational resilience functional features on this one smart I.T and business workflows automated jml HR Service delivery workplace Service delivery pre-configured itsm best practices and omnichannel accessibility technical features underlying that Enterprise service management full stack observability automated self-healing Bots transactive change engine pre-built templates itsm it infrastructure and apps analytics through intuitive dashboards and out of the box Integrations with servicenow platforms no screenshots on this one we'll go to the next one service graph connector for bionic bionic security aspm vulnerabilities key features import services and their deployment units including kubernetes pods application servers load balancers and more according to service graph connector best practices create CI relationships for quick and simple service maps and guided setup gets you up and running in minutes minutes everyone you're up and running in minutes did they forget we got to promote that from subpride to prod oh well why at bionic is unique here's some marketing information there's the guided setup and there is a node map or dependency view of bionic and let's see what else we got a data flow it's going to load up here so that's the data flow that looks like bionic that doesn't look like service now to me I could be wrong and then back to the marketing material so that is what's new in the store from bionic stork pink and that's all of our new releases so that leaves us with one thing left the highlights we got just a few of them here shouldn't take us very long we'll check out the first one Cisco PLS partner life cycle service is a port if you wanted to know what that did for upgraded to version 2.0.2 improved attachment handling enabled message pool for partners accept reject solution multiple Cisco task preparing ticket and various minor defects are resolved thank you for some great release notes the team at Cisco Systems uh let's see if we don't want to quit our browser up next and the list is going to be the International mobile service automation updated to version 1.0.3 and they bring us incident category mapping tariff default handling contract bearings on inventory cost center support and Bug fixes up next is going to be nucleus security that got updated to version number 1.2.0 and that brings us new functionality to verify correct nucleus field mappings exist on the servicenow instance and allows further control of our project related items as well as included some bug fixes so a couple things going on there and that minor release from the team at nucleus security Incorporated up next Orca security for vulnerability response was updated to version 2.1.1 what's new pulling Delta Orca alerts detections creation for vulnerable items and domain separation support is what's new on that one from the team at Orca security Inc up next Swiss tool was updated to version number 1.4.0 and in that version we got quite a bit even though they say it's a minor release uh the Swiss tool icon link got some enhancements around the widgets Swiss tool Dynamic widget container got a new widget and some other enhancement Swiss tool form got enhanced with tool fireman file manager Swiss tool data table and then they've got some general updates here improved guided setup improved translatability by providing ATF checking for missing translated messages added translatable message keys for all messages and swiss tool application enabled some tables to correctly have the update sync attribute and can be transported via update sets in that since their last update in April 2023 so number one great release notes I've already at Swiss tool and the arctive octave AG team and that's what's new next is going to be t-systems connector was updated to version number 2.2.308 and this one another really detailed description of the changes minor changes small bug fix there small bug fix for contract ID and a trigger removed person we got a bug fix for Instant Auto closure not working another bug fix for Bond creation for orders triggered for multiple guide case another one for a fix the issue for a single order guide XML format and an enhancement to connect your app cleanup for records were customer update action equals delete in version history from the vendorist instant so we're doing really good on the release notes this week I love it everybody keep up the good details so everybody knows what they're signing up for when they download or update your application next it's going to be titanium file integrity and unauthorized change monitoring updated aversion 1.0.5 and in this version again more detailed release notes updated a reference field they added a new feature to automatically generate affected CI records system property to generate effective CI records when an event is generated with no related changes or associated with a watch list it has ignore related changes set to true if the generate affected CI record system property is set to true then the affected CI records will be generated for the related CI so some functionality packed up in there also this only works with the watch list Target Ticket table oh no I'm sorry um yeah if the Target Ticket table is a task-based table such as the incident table and the process happens asynchronously when a task is generated from an alert so it may take several seconds or longer that's okay you're giving us details you're
