continual service improvement you really nailed down and mapped it to what we do at Glide Fest talk a little bit about that immediately I fell in love with that continual service improvement because that's what we are searching for in every aspect of our life we're looking for that new mountain to climb we're always looking for that new upgraded iPhone the new technology right so continual service improvement is so important to all aspects of life but in particular business and obviously in particular I.T so I just love embracing that because just nobody's perfect and everybody can get better and the first step is understanding that and working to get to that next level talk a little bit more about not just your enthusiasm for what we do but what that means in terms of Glide fast Consulting and how that maps to the customer yeah I mean show me anybody who's been successful in the world that hasn't been enthusiastic and passionate about what they were doing so that's just I think that's a key to success and in particular Glide fast is just so passionate so enthusiastic about the servicenow world about the problems we're solving for our customers and that is one of the reasons why we're so successful and that's why you see us running around streaming let's go lfg because we're so enthusiastic and passionate about what we do glide Fest has hit several all-time highs in March and then there was one all-time high after another all-time high what does this mean in terms so how does the customer benefit from that well the customers are benefiting from our dedication and commitment to them and when you're doing great work and your customers are successful we're going to be successful right we're not if our customers are not winning we're not winning and we need to be driving that that Force so you know when we're reaching all times highs that's great for financials but that is only because we are helping our customers be successful and in turn they're
