welcome back to some more tips and tricks with servicenow so have you ever been in a situation where you try to load a list of Records let's say the incident table and it's massive and it takes so long the transaction comes up there you get bored and you go make a cup of coffee but what happens if you want to load that without the list of Records so perhaps you want to load the view that allows you to then filter to cut down that list so how do you do that it's really simple let's go and find out so if you're in the platform make you quite simply and I've shown you this one before we type incident.list that loads a list of incidents right we've seen that before hold on blink and you'll miss it if you type incident.filter and this works on any table it loads the pane where the list would be but with no records so that then allows you full capability to go in and filter out the record yourself I hope you found that useful and it makes your life that a little bit easier
