foreign [Music] hi there my name is Lawrence Tindall here at Glide Fest Consulting and in today's servicenow tutorial I'm going to show you how to hide pricing for all items on the service catalog in servicenow hiding pricing information is sometimes necessary especially when you don't want your end users to see the prices of items but you also want to track the prices of items in the back end to get started open up servicenow and in the navigation filter type in catalog Administration and click on the properties module you'll be navigated to this service catalog configuration UI page where you can view and update numerous settings relating to your service catalog to hide pricing for all of your service catalog items click on the pricing tab located on the left hand side of the page and you'll be navigated to the pricing settings page to hide pricing go to the when to show prices and subtotals on the service catalog cart overrides SC layout record settings field and select the option never show prices and click on the save button now if we navigate to the service portal and look at the service catalog you'll notice that all prices for all catalog items are hidden and that is all for this week's tutorial on how to hide prices for all items on the service catalog in servicenow
