hey thanks for the comment I wanted to show you this with a short uh vtbs or actually permission to the person who set them up it's a platform-wide feature so unless somebody's disabled vtbs or visual task boards you should be able to get to them and by default when you create it you're the owner of the visual task board and you can add members to your visual task board if you want you don't have to but if you do add them it'll give them permission to access your visual task board and if you do something like add your visual task board to a dashboard you'll definitely want to make sure everybody has access by giving them access through this menu icon right here is the users list on your vtd I hope this is helpful
