This video is an overview of ServiceNow 
Robotic Process Automation, known as RPA Hub.  RPA Hub consists of UI interactions,
element-based automations, and APIs   that connect different business applications. 
This makes it easier to eliminate repetitive   actions and increase your organization's 
efficiency. RPA Hub includes the RPA Hub   application, Unattended Robot, Attended 
Robot, and RPA Desktop Design Studio.   The ServiceNow RPA Hub application displays 
all your robots on an enterprise level.   Here you can deploy, monitor, manage, measure, and 
verify compliance and execute business processes.   In addition the RPA Hub application can manage 
metadata and provide automation information to   Unattended and Attended robots. The second 
application in RPA Hub is Unattended Robot,   a software agent you install on a Windows machine. 
This application executes automations without any   intervention from people. You can use the 
Unattended Robot application to execute   unattended automations that are triggered 
manually or by a schedule or API. The third   application in RPA Hub is Attended Robot,
which is also a software agent you install   on a Windows machine. This application performs 
automations that do require human intervention. The final RPA Hub application is RPA Desktop 
Design Studio. RPA developers can use it to   design automation workflows. It's a native Windows 
application and a low code integrated development   environment. This means you can design or 
configure automation workflows by simply   dragging and dropping components and connecting 
them in a logical sequence for execution. If you encounter errors while building automations, the errors are displayed in simple 
notifications with brief explanation. Now let's look at the RPA process execution 
workflow. The workflow has three main parts: RPA   Desktop Design Studio, RPA Hub, and robot machines 
like virtual machines or a user desktop. The   process execution workflow begins with RPA desktop 
Design Studio, where you create an automation, test it, and publish it to RPA Hub. Next in RPA Hub, you can define a package 
which consists of resource files that   are required for automation and a robot. 
After this, you configure the bot process and publish it. This information is then sent to either the 
unattended or attended robots. That's how RPA Hub   and its four applications help you build and use
