foreign works so it's Friday morning um I'm playing with OBS stream into YouTube live um that looks like it's got a knife um I should have had a shave actually but yeah I'm just mucking about just making sure it all works just seeing how it works um but I'm messing around with the latency just to see I guess what that's all about and make sure it just wonder if I can interact with people a bit better but I thought while I do this and I muck about so at least there's a point to my testing let's just go back to the point yeah that's all right actually okay quality looks good latency is not too bad I'd wave it myself yeah all right about three seconds three seconds lag between what I can see on my screen and the YouTubes foreign I think what I'm going to do is there's been a lot of excitement I'm going to drink my coffee I think what I'm going to do there's been a lot of excitement recently around knowledge and if you're like me you're not going to get an opportunity to go right so I'm gonna have a poke around anyway and see what's um see what's there so let's try some stuff service now knowledge 23. let's see again I've got to admit I'm not really poked around to see what we go I did catch it right so Tuesday look at that you got a hackathon from 4 P.M till 12 in the evening can you imagine that I bet there's some bpsb is flying around after I was gonna say 10 o'clock or probably six o'clock there that'd be good fun actually Pizza beers bit of a giggle oh how to attend how do how do we tend no we turn up and pay the fee okay um what I'm looking for and I'll be interested if anyone knows this are they streaming anything because I like to do like a stream I'd like to watch a couple of sessions myself as the event's happening I'm quite prepared to do that right I I want to I want to get involved I can't beat that but there's no reason why I can't get involved often pay nearly two grand what's this experiences so if you do know if there's any written by the stream and stuff then um let me know what's this we're in Tech lunch okay closing celebration this person looks very very happy networking that's the point there I I think that's one of the key the key points um oh look at that give your other friends fomo no don't give me fomo I don't want foam but I think that's that's the key point for me is and and things like um meetups as well is about networking meeting like-minded people chatting to people um about what they're up to and I you we used to have um a monthly meeting at a company I worked with um years ago and the got quite comical every month the textbook question you would ask your other techie people would be so what you're working on and you know it'd be a a copy conversation um and people go through the currently working on you can share experiences share help and it was really collaborative and I'm really um I I guess I missed that that was a monthly meet uh face-to-face meeting and I do miss that to be honest if anyone's watching this is from that that company I do miss you as well uh right okay so creativecon what's this all about Labs sessions There's the Man himself let's face it that's why you're all going right that's why anyone's actually going is to see Chuck um might do a hackathon along the way listen to some some say what's coffee flows what's that coffee mug is up for Glam right okay don't know what that is uh hack Zone ask the experts there's a train there okay what else we got going on I'm sure that's Coco I'm sure it is uh Meetup Pavilion yes that's what it is there he is again they're splashing chuck all over the place is it fun and games be the first to compete uh list of fun challenges I wonder if they've got the alphabet challenge there I bet they haven't uh right okay into all these there was one actually I saw on LinkedIn that I thought I would go to that and I've had a look and I've tried to to see if I can um to get to it is the uh oh what was it there's a session that Cali Alexander Robert federic are going to do about building your personal brand um and that's one that I definitely would like to attend or see if I can so if that's been streamed let me know the harmony of so 600 sessions zero to zero your Glide record is lying to you wow so how do you actually know what are you gonna do how do you know what you want to go and see you're not going to look through 600 are you um think big oh Expo floor activities that sounds more exciting but I think um Jace Benson um if you haven't heard of James Benson check out Jace now or Jace Pro um you know he's got a YouTube channel as well but he's he's alluding to the fact that he's going to do something around the content of knowledge and uh in terms of what uh what sessions are going on knowing Jace it'll be quite fancy and very clever and very useful so watch this space that'll be in the next couple of weeks I think but don't hold me to that uh what's this explode four activities explode four at four activities this is the stands oh what's this chat gbt for processing unconstructed I'm gonna make a prediction now that stand is going to be really busy um okay so you can you can put stuff with your favorites or whatever oh okay what else we got what else have we got Keynotes let's see what's happening in the Keynotes if you've just joined I'm just literally testing the live stream don't expect much of this I'm just literally talking to myself while I look at what's knowledge I'm looking I'm talking to myself whilst I'm depressing myself with what everyone else is going to see at knowledge that I'm not so this is going down that's how I'm starting my Friday morning that's how I roll people uh uh what else we've got a crack on what's that devil says yes to it okay so I think one of the things um it'd be interesting actually is if you're actually going how do you decide first sign of Madness cheers mate um how do you decide what you're gonna go for because the 600 um the 600 sessions right and I've already looked if you haven't been on it before I've just looked at how to attend it's quite a lot of cash right so if you're spending that money I guess it's not your own money it would be for me because I'm a freelancer but if you're going and the company's putting out that much money they've got to get some return investment haven't they some some kind of return that says we spent this what have you got out of it so you've got to go in thinking what what am I going to see what's my agenda look like so you've got to kind of organize it um to start with I guess if it was me I've got to be brutally honest I'd be organizing around which casinos or bars am I going to um I wouldn't really I'm too old for that it's the thought that counts are gas in it five things I wish I knew before using customer workflow so yeah I see you've got a catalog credit card my agenda I'm guessing that's if we were to put um an agenda up it comes up there if you're registered look it seconds now so that's good right so I can interact with people um the only person that's there which is Harry uh I should say something you shouldn't they hey um so yeah lag's good streaming is good um [Laughter] just watching yeah streaming is good next thing I need to figure out I think is how can I stream on YouTube and Linkedin at the same time um then I should tell James about this so we can get him involved as well so we can do a podcast the idea being I did put something on um LinkedIn and YouTube yesterday so the idea being I would like if you are attending well he's 23 and you're going to be there live um I'd like a guest um presenter almost a guest host for the podcast that we can talk to that's live on scene almost like an on-site reporter right um but not as formal you know what James and I like we're just gonna um to the fact and have a chat but that would be really nice so again um if that's you if you fancy it fancy a bit of a chat while you're over there share some excitement it's not going to be long um the stuff we actually want to know is what's the walking around like what are you gaining from it as a developer or a techie um you know and and be as honest as
