[Music] hey everyone it's Justin thank you for watching and welcome to my house in this video I want to show you a new Utah feature with regards to workspaces that's right a new feature at workspaces only available in Utah I stumbled across it while I was recording my security incident response workspace which you can see up here behind me and I went and confirmed in the release notes it's true take a look here at the top notice I've got some tabs we've had tabs in our workspaces for a while now but watch what happens when I hover over one of these I'm just going to click over here notice I get the little directional Arrow not with the homepage but with this tab this tab and this tab that's right these are now movable look at that I couldn't believe it when I saw it they're movable I can change the order of these tabs you know it doesn't take much to make get me excited but let's actually open uh security incident and take a look at uh we'll let that one load up here in a second these tabs down here these AR movable uh these guys right here so that's static stationary but the tabs up here where you can see um where my beach ball is I don't know why it's freezing up on me now but details Waldo cisk and Sir 0000 1738 these are all movable when you don't have a beach balled Mouse um you'd be able to move these back and forth that just got a hold of itself so let's grab Waldo there and we'll just move move them down there I can move Waldo I can even move the details tab uh to where I wanted to and click on the details which is actually yeah this is the details I'm just not clicked on the details tab down here so definitely movable there let's test our theory that this is platform wide I'm going to go to service operations workspace uh let's see here I haven't been in here is Adam long who I'm impersonating right now he's one of our de demo personas we use to demo the security incident response workspace um it seems to be opening up okay service operations workspace I got a little bit of a weird there um but when that does let me up I'm going to open up some tabs and see what I can do okay everything updated there took a second nothing's populating I'm not surprised because I'm Adam um but let's go ahead and let's start a new incident um and I'm this wallet loading up yep I've got my directional error when I hover over new incident there so that part is consistent I just don't know if Adam long has permission to open up an itel incident uh we're going to find out here in a second details are loading all right guys I'm going to scrap this I shouldn't have done this as long I'm opening it up as um him it's finally actually doing it so I've got the tour coming up for the new service operations workspace I'm going to close that out now I have my new create new incident form maybe I don't have to log in somebody else but I've got that there let's just go ahead and put in Abraham Lincoln here I want to try to get another tab set up so there we go Abraham Lincoln I'll click my little information button that opens a tab um and then let's go over to while that tab is doing its thing I'm going to go over to the list view here and see if we can get another record open here at the top so I can start moving these tabs around in service operations workspace like I was able to do in the incident security incident response workspace all right I'm going to have to do a lot of editing on this one because it's running really slow for Adam but here we go I've got some interactions here let's just go open an interaction and that one's there I'm going to go open one more just so we have let's go to page six here see if we got something side to interaction and get a couple of things open I got a lot of interactions in there my goodness uh back to 2018 tons of demo data those are walk up uh Services let's see I got anything else here a stock room a walkup location I put there we go Santa clar Tech Lounge we'll open that up all right good so I've got some tabs along the top I've got my new incident uh that was started that we have over here I'll click on got Abraham Lincoln so let's see first I can move details in front of Abraham Lincoln let's see if I can move this whole incident to the end sure enough I can let's click on Santa Clara let's move that to the end um that didn't work there we go Santa Clara and my uh IMS number 00882 I was able to move that so yes it looks like it's across workspaces I'm able to do that just notice this little little button up there this little circle up there on the workspaces that's interesting too had noticed that before but that's the new Utah feature being able to move and reorder your tabs within a workspace I hope you found this video helpful if you did please like Please Subscribe or share it with somebody who you think might be interested in moving tabs and workspaces and until next time don't forget to always always be learning [Music] [Applause] [Music]
