[Music] thank you hey there my name is Spencer Dixon and I will be your solution consultant for the day going over our now platform Utah release and in more specifics our new workday integration within our ESG application number four we get started here's just a brief Safe Harbor notice for forward-looking statements feel free to give that a read and starting off with a little bit of background on ESG or environmental social governance management as its relatively new product here for service now so here we understand that you can't necessarily do ESG management alone and our customers have told us about the challenges of getting utility data from utility companies needs to get employee data demographics alongside technology disposal of assets and carbon footprints that you have across your organization now a lot of that data is already on the servicenow platform or using our integration Hub which is one of our huge strengths within this platform you can connect to all those different data points maybe it's the regulations you need to follow or workday or other HR data for employees alongside maybe it's your Erp like sap and you're able to feed that all into ESG management and ultimately publish disclosures now nobody else in the market can connect that end to end and also enable you to do the project management and plans to improve your ESG program as our strategic portfolio management solution does now we understand that there's potentially hundreds of solutions you as a customer have in place that are capturing ESG activities and having that many systems is not necessarily uncommon our integration Hub comes out of the box with hundreds of spokes to connect to these other systems plus it's a full set it has a full set of apis that are system agnostic so you can connect to many different solutions we have a lot of stuff out of the box to automate as much as we can since not all data can be automated the tool also allows for manual data entry instead of collecting data using emails and spreadsheets an ESG manager can now use this tool to hopefully make their process a lot more painless now what's new within our Utah release is actually our workday integration so here we're looking to hopefully automate collection of employed demographic data for ESG reporting within our ESG applications so we're going to look to do that in three ways first this is going to allow you the ability to ingest employee demographics data from workday automatically into ESG management alongside being able to pull data at a desired frequency to monitor progress towards your goals and all this has been put in place to hopefully save you guys time reduce that manual data transcript errors alongside create an audit Trail to maintain compliance with emerging regulations now let's go ahead and take a look at just how easy it is to access this new workday integration within your instance transferring over to our instance here and navigating up to this all category on the top banner and typing in ESG will bring up not only our ESG workspace but this new workday integration and some of its features as well now again this integration allows ESG management to ingest that demographic data from workday and this data is particularly important in doing things like driving diversity and inclusion metric reporting in corporate ESG reports as well as data on employee Learning and Development I like the amount of training completed alongside compensation and others so again just a really good tool that's now implemented within our Utah update with that being said that concludes our mini demonstration and overview on the Utah release product update and in more specifics our environmental social governance uh integration with workday so with that being said Thank you guys and have a great rest of your day [Music] thank you
