I start my mornings pretty much the same every day I take my dog for a walk it gives me that mental space to think about what's coming up for the day is there anything I need to prepare for but more importantly it allows me to start the day with a clear head and that brings me on to this tip if you're working through an issue let's say it's a coding issue and you've been staring at the code for hours and we've all been there trust me I have many a times it's so hard just to take yourself out of the situation and walk away but just try that get up leave try coming back the next day and nine times out of ten you'll see in a different light and everything I'm just gonna fear give it a shot
