if you're in service now on a list view a new left click your mouse on a hyperlink which is a reference to a record it's going to open the record in that view and it can be quite annoying because you want to stay on the list of Records so why don't you try this hold down the control key left click your mouse and it's going to open that record in a new tab give it a shot today you'll thank me for that one
