foreign [Music] for equipment scheduling we can begin with our service operations administrator who's responsible for onboarding equipment here we can see the equipment that has been defined we have bucket trucks and testing equipment for bucket trucks we can see the category as well as the individual instances of bucket trucks that have been created called resources note that these resources can even be further defined as individual assets now we can see the relevant details of each resource the asset the associated groups the resource teams crew definitions relevant knowledge articles and even the work order tasks to which they've been assigned looking at a work order task we can see they have resource requirements for both a bucket truck and an HVAC technician so let's start looking at things from the dispatcher's perspective I can see my team and the work that needs to be performed and when I select one of the unassigned tasks we can see it requires a crew and I can select the create crew option note this opens the newly created crew defaulted to match the name of the task and I can select show recommendations to view qualified candidate resources that are available for the time slot when I select a leader in this case Ray Ray Williams and save the record the new crew task is placed on Rey's schedule and the new crew even appears at the bottom of the Gantt View when we move to the equipment tab on the crew we can see that we have an unmet need I can select truck ending in zero zero two and update the task which also Maps the task to the bucket truck lest we forget our assigned technician Reyes our crew leader Ray reviews his assignment and sees the bucket truck is available for him for this job to take possession of it Ray needs to perform a checkout of the resource as part of the work order task now Rey can complete the task he can document the debrief and close it out or report any equipment breakdown issues however once the debrief is complete he can check the equipment back in and close out the work order
